PaperTrading Equities with Live Data?

Hello.

I am looking to papers trade equities with live data. I wanted to know what is the best and least expensive way to go about this?

- I will also need after hours and premarket data feed.
- I will only trade equities.
- The data feed must be live.
- I also need accurate level 2 and volume.
- I trade stocks on the NYSE, Nasdaq.
