My another Limit orders and Stop Orders Canceled ??

hello

i have a problem i use limit orders and stop orders in DOM and when one of my limit order or stop order is execute the others next orders is canceling.
how i can have more limit orders and stop orders on the system without canceling my another orders?

Are you submitting these orders manually or via the ATM Strategy feature?

Also, please right-click on the SuperDOM and ensure the "OCO Order" is not enabled when submitting the orders.

Could you please give me the steps you're taking the submit these orders? If any errors are generated, please let me know what they report (See the Control Center's Log tab).

iam using atm strategy on the dom example: more stop orders and when price hit my first stop order the other stop orders cancelled why ?
i need really help how i can fix it ?

When a position is entered using the ATM feature, a Stop Loss and Profit Target are submitted to manage the open position. Each set of orders are linked via OCO (One Cancels Other) so when a Profit Target is reached, the associated Stop Loss is also canceled. You can manually place orders by selecting <None> from the ATM Strategy drop-down menu. See the below section of our help guide regarding how to manually submit orders via the SuperDOM.
