ZB Continuous Contract

I can't get the continuous contract in ZB to go past Aug 30, how can I fix this?
I'm using Rithmic data.

Hello saturntd,

Do you load the missing data if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please disconnect Rithmic and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the ZB ##-## chart loads the requested data.

If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the entire cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

It's actually not working, just loads up to current time then stops, dead chart.
I repaired db, deleted cache, deleted tick data, reset instruments, restarted ninja numerous times, no luck.

Please advise.

Unfortunately realtime data for continuous contracts is not supported with Rithmic. Historical data is supported as it is loaded from our historical data servers.
