nt7 won't properly start-up

Hi,

Yesterday my data (kinetick) stopped at around 10:00 am Amsterdam time.
I just stopped NT7 and tried to start it again;

It won't start. I can see the exe file run, but no start up. I do see the initial start as seen on the pictures attached.

Please advise.

Yes, can you please send me the log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please send me the files at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, nt7 won't properly start-up' in the subject header.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160902 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160902 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Ninja Won't start

I am having the same problem. No Start up. I am not getting charts, quotes, etc. Nothing is coming up. Please help.

Hello Mike,

Can you please send us your log and trace files like post #2.

Could it be you connect to TopStep Trader? If so, there was an issue with TopStep Trader - connections could not be established. If you have your connection enabled for 'Connect on startup', NinjaTrader will not appear. However the issue has been solved. Please reboot your computer and subsequently check if you can start NinjaTrader.
