Can you be more specific.

Is there an error in the log?

Who's your broker? If it's a broker who clears through Pats, make sure you have selected Clearport as the exchange.

Can you reply to [email protected] and refer to this topic.

error message: "Cbi. MarketDepth.StartNow:exception caught: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Broker is Global Futures

Can you send an email directly from within the application under Help--> Mail to Support. That way we have the log and I know what version you are using.
