"Commodity is disabled" error

Hi,

I am a new NT Brokerage customer and just set up my Ninjatrader Continuum account connection in NT. When trying to submit a trade on NQ, I get the following error:

"NinjaTrader Continuum: Commodity is disabled for trading at this time
affected Order: Buy 1 Market"

I had been trading fine with Interactive Brokers, but after the switch to NT Brokerage/Continuum, I now get this error.

Thoughts? Help?

Which NQ expiration is in use when trading?

Also, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160825.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160825.txt"

Nevermind, figured it out. I did:

1) Reset DB
2) Repair DB
3) Reset Instruments

After that, trades go through fine!
