Connecting to IQFeed After Hours

Hello,

I trade e-minis normally via zen-fire but recently signed up with IQFeed for equity data. I have no problems connecting to both in the morning, as long as I first connect to zen-fire for some reason, but after market close I'm unable to connect to IQFeed at all. Has anyone had a similar problem? I tried contacting their support but the only response I received was them telling me their servers are available 24/7 so I shouldn't be having a problem, which wasn't helpful.

Do you receive any errors in the log tab?

Does this occur whether you are connecting DTNIQ by itself or with Zen-Fire?

The problem was originally connecting to IQFeed either by itself or with zen-fire. However, I don't seem to be having any issues tonight so I'm going to just hope it sorted itself out. Thank you for the quick response and I'll reply if there are any further issues.
