Need to be Administrator to Install NT

I had to re-install NT after a computer glitch, and now NT is saying that I have to log in as the computer's administrator to download NT that I have had on my computer for the past several years. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR, but NT seems to overlook that fact.

Anyone with any suggestions on how to resolve this?

In the download folder, right click on setup, Run As Administrator

Could you provide some details on the mentioned "computer glitch" that occurred? I ask because the item you mentioned most frequently relates to permission errors with your user account.

Do you see the same if you right-click the setup.exe file and select "Run As Administrator?"

Got it. I had to go to my downloads in order to 'right click' the Setup folder. I was right clicking the icon at the bottom of the screen, which did not give me a "run as administator" option.
