Unidentified Open Order on NT shut down

Hi

I was about to shut down NT think that no orders were open or pending and I get the message that I still have an active order.

I've looked on the control centre under orders and everything is in state rejected, filled or cancelled.

The control centre shows 0 positions.

I can't see any orders on my chart or superdom.

Should I look somewhere else?

You can right click in the Orders tab of the Control Center and select Cancel All Orders.

If all of your orders are on the Sim 101 account you can reset this by going to Tools--> Options--> Simulator--> Reset.

thanks for fast response.

I have right clicked mouse and cancelled orders but I still get the message.

I didn't really want to reset my sim 101 as I am monitoring my performance on it.

If I do reset it will I loose my journal entries?

What happens if I just exit?

Since these are just Sim trades there is no harm in just rebooting NinjaTrader. That might help to clean out the order.

Also the reset won't hurt your Journal but it will delete the trades.
