Naked tarde?

Scenario:

I place a trade using my DOM, an ATM strategy is selected. I also have have chart trader enabled on a chart for the same market. The same ATM is selected in Chart Trader on the chart. When I place the order via the DOM it ends up as a naked trade (no stop & No target).

Question:

What am I doing wrong to make this happen?

My first suspicion is your "ATM Strategy Selection Mode". Can you right-click your Chart Trader > Chart Trader properties > What is "ATM Strategy Selection Mode" set to?

Can you repeat the above for your SuperDOM? Right-click on your SuperDOM > Properties > Tell me the "ATM Strategy Selection Mode" setting.

Finally, please take a screenshot of your chart and SuperDOM. Here is an example of mine recreating what it sounds like you're describing. Please include a similar screenshot:
