Data not filling minute bars

Hi there,

I've just installed NT on my new laptop. I've connected to Kinitech, added the FDAX contract to my instruments list and also downloaded the last 7 days of tick data.

When I open a minute chart, I see a blank chart followed by the formation of a bar a few seconds later. (see attached screenshot). Connection settings also attached as screenshot.

Could anyone please suggest what could be the problem?

If you go to the Control Center>Tools>Options and under the Data Tab, do you have a check next to Get data from Server checked?
