Error message when open analysis chart

After running script in strategy analyzer I try to see the chart by picking Chart option in drop-down menu and then error pops up (attached). If I click continue, it pauses and goes through after some time. But each compilation and strategy run after that takes very long time. Why does that error pop up?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
