Thank you for your post,
I'll certianly be able to follow up with this information, do you use NinjaTrader Continuum or Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage?

I was trying to know my latency time but cannot with the server address you provided 208.48.16.200
I am getting error: "request timed out" and sometimes other:
Pinging 208.48.16.200 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 4.15.85.194: Destination net unreachable.
Request timed out.
Please provide valid dns name for your trading servers so as we can check this latency.

Thanks for your post.
Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?
To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
