Error on Installation: Can't download NT

I was having a problem connecting to NT license servers, so I downloaded the latest version NT7 .31. Tried to install it running setup and am getting the error "Can't download NT". I have turned off all firewalls etc to no avail. My internet access is fine. I am running a sim license. I also uninstalled the previous version. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

* Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
* Delete your browsing history
* Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

* Repeat above instructions
* Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.

I was able to download it before I made my first post. The error that I am getting is when I try to run the downloaded setup.exe. The error on running setup.exe is "Failed to download NinjaTrader". Thanks.
