Esignal & Market Depth

Hi I am new to NT. I recently signed up for Esignal including Level 2 with Total View. I was told by the Esignal tech staff that Level 2 and Total View come from the same server and feed. However, I am not able to see either Level 2 or Total View in NT. I am using MSFT symbol.

I am able to get both Level 2 and Total View using the Esignal software. Can you pls assist in resolving this issue so that I can see both Level 2 and Total View in NT.

Hi Niki,

Where are you looking for the Level II data? This will not show in the SuperDOM or Control Center. You might want to open up the Level II window, it should display there.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did try opening the level 2 window earlier (via the File > New > Level 2), but this came out blank - no data. I was expecting to see Total View in the level 2 window given they are from the same source.

I also tried using the indicator (Education References) to generate my own level 2 book via the output window, in both cases no data showed up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Niki,

Can you please verify you have "CM*.esignal.Com" entered next to Level II server host in your eSignal connection in NinjaTrader.

Using the Connection wizard I have "CM*.esignal.Com" next to the Level II server host

BTW, I am using the latest version of the esignal software v10.1, not sure if that matters
