Problem with ES

A friend of mine is having a problem as follows:
Charting for instruments other than ES is working fine. For ES, price in the DOM moves but not in the charts They are stuck and do not move at all.

I advised him to close NT, delete the _workspace, open NT again and then do NOT open any template but simply a DOM and a blank chart. Same problem. Though other instruments like 6E, 6B, 6J work just fine.

Any suggestions what else to check for.

Because the other instruments are working and you've already had him try a new workspace, I suggest having him completely delete the ES contract via the Instrument Manager (Tools > Instrument Manager > Search ES and Select > Delete).

After this, resetting the instruments will restore the ES.

To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

Try loading an ES 09-16 chart, if you see the same I would have him write into Support via Help > Email Platform Support along with a link to this forum post so we can look into this further.
