connection through firewall to cqg

im want to know which ports or something must be unblocked to connect to cqg in NT7 throught corporate firewall
port 31654,80,443 is ublocked, there is not *ninjatrader.com in blacklist
what should i say to my IT department to unblock?
it says "login:failed network connection to the order routing system in unavailable"

The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with CQG.

What broker did provide you the CQG login credentials? The error message indicates the broker is not supported.

Please note that the CQG broker technology is only supported for Amp Futures users that had a license key before the cut off date. Unfortunately CQG through Amp Futures is not supported for new users.

from home this worked, but here at my work not
