Charts not loading

My charts aren't loading. I followed instructions in this thread.

The timezone is correct, it's set to 24/5, but also doesn't load at 24/7.

My time is correct. I use Dimension4, time is always correct, but checked and verified time is correct.

NT7.

I'm using Kinetick, but actually running it via IQfeed program. I connect to IQfeed only. It's the weekend, so no broker.

SuperDOM displays bid/ask, yes, but it's the weekend, so no movement.

I AM receiving data for ES. I am NOT receiving data for NQ, FDAX, ^VIX, ^TICK, ^TRIN, ^UVOL or ^DVOL.

I can reproduce. I open a chart, select my timeframe, and nothing loads, except the ES, that loads.

I have no 3rd part indicators or strategies loaded.

I tried deleting the cache, didn't work, so I restored it.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Just noticed I didn't put version of NT, its NT 7.0.1000.31.
