Hi! i am having a problem with connecting to my FXCM account with ninjatrader, i have followed all of the things that are said to do and i have gotten a special fxcm account that works with ninjatrader, but i still cant get in?????
This is the message i get when trying to connect.
"Login failed:FXCM login failed, reason given: 'Access Denied"

What do i do? i have tried everything

I would need to test your connection on my end to be certain on how to advise you moving forward.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
