No fresh datas from zenfire live

To clarify: the issue is with your EUREX workspace where charts would not populate right now, it's not with your US workspace since there we still have ~5 hours to go until 15:30.

Also: please double check your PC lock is running in correct timezone, should show ~10:30 AM right now.

this sometimes happens when i open eurex-workspaces (when eurex is opened yet)
this also happens when opening my US-workspaces (after us-stock-markets-open 15:30h german time)
I only have futures in my charts.

pc clocks are ok.

Hmm ... we would need a reproducible scenario in order to analyze.

i know- i keep on observing it ...

ok - 2 day no problems - today stucks again - opening workspace without connection works fine - then connecting + it began.
watching the trace step by step shows that loading the Min-datas works well + the stucking is right at begin of loading the tickdatas - they do not fill the charttemplates.
2 tries failed now - complete Ninja-shutdown + restarted 2 times -
now with the 3. try the whole thing runs - tickdatas where loaded - everything is filled - just curios.

How many days back did the tick data requests go which got stuck?

the trace says it started with the fdax-tick-datas after the load of the min-datas.
these fdax-ticks are 3 days back in this chart-template.
here was the stuck then.
trace says it didnt even start to try to load the other tick-datas (estx+fgbl)
estx is set to 3 days
fgbl is set to 6 days.

Sorry, would not know what causes this. 3 days of tick data should not be a problem. May be internet trouble ?!?

i have no idea at all - i run a second pc here - RT- datas are there - a chat is running - no singn of lost i-net connection - also the zenfireconnection would give a sign if getting lost.
