CHF/JPY realtime data error

Hi,

I'm using Live license, with Forex.com. I've added new pair called CHF/JPY at instrument manager, i cant get the data feed live from gain server, but i can load historical data from NT server. Is there anything else i should do?

Could you please tell me if you display prices in the upper left corner of the Control Center when connected to Gain. I tested the instrument on my end and received data. Because of the low volatility (4th July) the market will not move a lot.

Thanks for your reply, at control center, when i select chfjpy, it says n/a for all prices, but when i select others, got prices.

Please refer to jpeg file for more details. I've tried to restart NT and Windows, still the same problem.

I can load the chart, from NT Server, but the chart doesnt update and i cant place order for chfjpy.

Could you please create a Gain demo connection using the instructions at the link below.

Check if you receive data for the CHFJPY using this connection. If so, please contact Gain and check if your live account is authorized to receive data for the CHFJPY.
