esignal data feed

hi, i have used ES##-## for symbol but chart not showing anything, don't have issue with forex. any suggestion ?

So that I may better assist you I would like to ask, who is your data feed provider? It may be the case that they do not offer continuous contracts with the ES instrument or, if they do, it may also be the case that you are not enabled for continuous contracts with your provider. You may want to review this page of the help guide to see if your data feed provider offers this type of service.

esignal data feed

Hi i'm using esignal as data feed. I use es #f and es u6 on other platform including esignal platform.
I have tried using es##-## and es 8 6 as NT provide using cme as routing but has no data on chart. I don't have issue on forex like eur etc.

Thank you Andy for this additional information. Let's work through a few things to see what could be happening. I would like to first review your instrument mapping to esignal. Please visit Tools -> Instrument manager, search for your ES instrument, press edit, visit the misc tab, and scroll down to the esignal row in the symbol map table. Please make sure this is set to, simply, ES, as mine is in the attached picture.
