how to get more data for backtesting

hello guys.

i wonder if is any way to get more data for backtesting, using the backtesting option i am able to backtest from 2010, i would like to be able to see behind that time.

Hello jmrr821,

The data would depend on who you are connected to and the data available on those historical data servers.

With the NinjaTrader Historical data servers these will not have a set amount but will have data back to as far as NinjaTrader has been recording that instrument.

You may want to try a 3rd party service such as tickdata.com or cqg data factory.
