Trend line tool degree measurement

This might sound silly but I was wondering if there is a tool that maybe a third-party provides that allow you to draw a trend line and by doing so from the start to the finish point of the trendline shows the change in angle measured in degrees. Maybe if I were to draw a trend line flat cross a horizontal plane and then move the end of the trendline up above the start of the trendline it would show the change in the degrees for instance maybe 30° And the inverse affect for the latter?
