GLobal Drawing objects

is there a way to actually globally draw objects on all linked charts? in the data series i have the radio button selected for global drawings, but i still have to double click on a object and tell it to post to all charts for it to show. Is this the only way, if so, what is the global drawing button for in the data series parameters?

Also, is there a way to get the toolbar visibly attached to the side of the chart in 8 beta like you can in 7?

Thank you for writing in.

The "Show global draw objects" setting only determines if that chart will show global draw objects or not. You may desire to have one or more charts not show global draw objects, which is why this setting can be set to true or false.

You will still need to specify if a drawn object is a global draw object when drawing it on the chart. Having "show global draw objects" set to true isn't going to automatically make all of your drawn objects into global draw objects.

For NinjaTrader 7, are you referring to the Toolbar Shortcut indicator?

There is no conversion for NinjaTrader 8 at the moment.
