What do blue and magenta arrows mean?

what do the blue and magenta arrows at the tops and bottoms of the price bars in the attached chart image mean?

i hope i successfully uploaded the image ... i'm not sure.

The blue colored arrows indicate the plotted buy executions and the magenta colored arrows indicate the plotted sell executions.

so is it correct that the arrows have nothing to do with the indicator ?

the arrows on the chart do not correspond with actual real money euro dollar trades i have made.
please advise.

Thank you for posting.


Correct, the blue and magenta arrow markers are not attached to your indicators. These markers indicate trade executions that are attached to your data series and the account you have selected via the Chart Trader Account drop down menu.


Please confirm, you made no live trades on the EURUSD on the days displayed in your attached chart?



If you did not place any trades during this time please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.


You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
