Need help w/log analysis for disconnects

Hello-

I've been having overnight disconnects which occasionally have seen NT restart, and at other times seen it fail to re-start. I'm trying to get a sense for why it is that strategies don't always reliably re-start.

I have logs from last night where I had 3 data disconnects. Twice NT reconnected and strategies successfully kept running; the final time it did not. Please let me know what information you'd like to see.

Please send your log and related trace files to PlatformSupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com. In the subject line please add Atten:Paul and a link to this thread.

In addition, we will need to know your settings for:
1) "On starting a realtime strategy" as found in Tools>Options>Strategies>NinjaScript. (Might be easier to screenshot the info).
2) Order handling parameters, specifically Sync account positions.
