HELP!!! Historic data not loading from esignal

All of a sudden historic data is not available in Ninjatrader for the previous contracts. - I can see only ES 09-08 only not ES 06-08 or ES 03-08.

I tried to
- delete historic data and used reload. - Ninjatrader behaves as if it is reloading but it is not. Opening a chart for 06-08 shows up a blank chart.
- Repair database
- Reset database
Got sick of it, uninstall/clean all ninjatrader files under my documents and reinstalled from scratch. Still I can see only the current contract's data.

Esignal connectivity is working fine.

Manual reload is not working.

When you request 06-08, do you set the Start/End Date in the Format Data series to a range that is valid of 06-08? If you simply go with the default X days back, it will be from todays date and thus you likely would get a blank chart.

Yes I specify the valid date range.

I tried both from reload data and from new chart - specifying the applicable date.

I get blank data as well. Are you sure eSignal has not removed access to this historica data?

I pay them to get access to the data. Can you please enable eSignal trace on your side and confirm ?

If you do that now, the data reload hangs.. Earlier (without trace), ninjatrader behaved as if it is receiving data.

Talked to esignal

They are saying all the data is available on the server. They checked my account access and everything is fine. Ninjatrader is not accessing the data.

If you get data for some expiries but not for others, then the data is not available on eSignal or it's an issue with your eSignal account. There is nothing NT could do.

For backtesting purposes you coul try using the continuous contract.

I don't get data for ANY expired contract. Only the current contract. Ninjatrader_Ray was able to reproduce the problem.

How do I setup the instrument in Instrument manager for Continuous contract ?

In the instrument manager you will see an expiry of ##-## for continuous contracts.

For clarification --> There likely is no data for expired contracts. I confirmed this by trying to chart ES M8 in eSignal application and it did not return any data either.
