Live vs Demo on Continuum

I just got my Live account set up and it connects and works fine.

The Demo account is no longer working...I'm now past the 14 day Demo acct window...but I thought since I have a Live acct and am paying for Data I was hoping the Demo acct would be working automatically too.

I want to switch from Demo to Live at first.

How can I get the Demo account working again and keep it working with no 14 day cutoff date?

Hello Jeff,

Thanks for posting.

Demo accounts are created using an automated system that we can not necessarily control, and the CME may limit how many demos may be requested.

However, you can always use your live account connection's data and place trades to the Sim101 account. This account comes standard with every installation of the platform and can be used for simulated trading. More information can be found at the below link:
