    Unable to connect to continuum

    Is there an outage? I was disconnected earlier today and unable to reconnect.

    The error on live account is:

    Code:
    Login failed: Unable to connect to the remote server.
    Error on demo account is:
    Code:
    Login failed: Invalid User Or Password

      Receiving same error message starting around 6 PM Pacific today. Will keep checking and post any updates.

        I too was forcibly disconnected on live account with NT/Continuum/Friday after 6:00pm EST....

        Attempting to connect to Rithmic at 1:00am EST/Saturday is a fail.


        It's the weekend...

          Glad it's not just me, but for some of us the weekends are the best time to backtest. Ah well... hopefully it gets fixed soon.

            Continuum live connection working Saturday 7/16/16 at 9:25 AM Pacific.

            Does anyone know of a way to check for or be alerted before Continuum scheduled outages?
            And to check for outages so we know that the connection issue is not limited to our own account?

              Yep! Working again now. Must have been maintenance or something?

              The demo error for me was correct I guess. I think the demo account was closed when I got the live account.

                Demo accounts are not closed when you obtain a live account.

                Please email us at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your Config.xml file and demo username and password so we may assist further with getting you connected with your demo account.

                You will find your configuration file in the following directory.
                (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
