Patsystem cannot establish connection

    Patsystem cannot establish connection

    Cannot connect to Ninja Trader through Patsystem.

    I have checked each of the parameters that my broker give me to entered in the Connection options
    I have checked server is a SuperTAS as my broker recommended, but when I try to connect nothing happens,

    Further, under tools> options> ATI it says,

    ATI server port 36973

    Default account Sim101


    Enable SMOT server un-checked


    Ignore duplicate OIF filed un-checked


    Do you need to configure any one of these settings?

    Hope you can help

    My broker as also given me a Nortel Contivity VPN client monitor to connect.

    Hello Momtic,

    Upon connecting to Patsystems do you receive some sort of error message or does the lower left corner of the Control Center states "Connecting - Patsystems".

    If you receive an error message, please let me know what the error states.

    If the Control Center states "Connecting - Patsystems", could you please wait for approximately 20 minutes and check if you can get connected.

      Hi

      Im getting no error message. All it says is "Connecting - Patsystems". in the lower left hand corner. I have been trying for the last few hours?

        Could you please send a note to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com" that includes your Patsystems account connection information.

        Reference this post and put "Attn Jason" in the subject header. I will test the connection on my end and see if I can reproduce this behavior.

          so you want my trading account number and pass word and the host server and price server?

            Yes, please. I need all the information you entered upon creating the Patsystems connection, so I can create your connection on my end and see if I can reproduce this behavior.
