Ninjatrader 8 download is unsafe, deleted.

Hi,

Just got a new laptop windows 10 and tried to install Ninjatrader 8 Beta and when the download completes my Norton Internet security says the Ninjatrader.Install.msi is not safe and has been removed. I tried a 2nd download will similar results.

Please advise. Thanks.

I was using Chrome browser when I got the not safe message..... I tried Internet Explorer and downloaded successfully. Not sure why the browser matters but I'm okay now....

Thank you for your follow up, I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately I'm not sure why Norton would be more strict with Chrome, however please let us know if we may be of assistance moving forward.
