Connection problem!!

This Morning turned on Licensed NT7. Alert pop up said "problem."
I went to NT7 Help , About, 2nd line says "Simulation Only".

With Licensed NT7, I use Interactive Brokers "Connect on Start Up".
Now IB disappeared from my Account Connection List.
Please Help.

Thank you for your post,

First, please go to Help > About. If you are on any version before our current release, 7.0.1000.31, you will need to update -- if needed please use the steps below.

First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
Click on the link:http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
Enter your license key and press Submit
Select 'NinjaTrader 7' if you are on NinjaTrader 7
Select 'NinjaTrader 8' if you are on the NinjaTrader 8 Beta
Select 'Download'
Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Note: if you are using Windows XP or Windows Server 2013, additional steps will be needed -- see below for more details.

If you're already on the current version, the first thing I would recommend doing is exiting NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to it's exceptions list.
