I followed your instructions for connecting to a live gain account word for word and it does not work. For one of the steps it says go to Tools>options>Misc...and it tells you to do something, That something is not exactly the same as stated on that menu. Maybe that is the problem but i dont know. When I hit connect i get a message that says "Login Failed: Unable to log into the GAIN API. Check user name and password. Gain error message: "authentication problem, Do I know you? perhaps we've not been introduced"
