    Hi,

    I have signed up for a new demo account and when i try to connect it, i did not receive any live data and the log display:

    "6B 09-16" is not enable for realtime level I quotes.
    "6B 09-16" is not enable for realtime market depth.

    This applies to all other instruments like 6E, CL..

    please advice.

    Thanks for your note.

    This error is usually the result of an expired demo data feed. You may request a new demo username and password, but the CME may limit how many demos may be requested.

    Access step-by-step NinjaTrader platform training for desktop, web, and mobile. Explore video tutorials and practical guides to help you confidently use trading tools and features.


    You will receive two emails, one from NinjaTrader (you may disregard this one) and one from CQG (this is the one that will have the username and password for the new demo).

    You will not need to re-download NinjaTrader, but will need to update your login credentials.

    To do this go to Tools --> Account Connections

    Select your NinjaTrader Continuum demo account and press 'Change'

    Select Next on both the 'Manage an Existing Connection' and 'General' screens

    Update your 'User Name' and 'Password' from the email you will receive from CQG (NOTE: Please ensure the "Demo Mode" box is checked)

    Select 'Next' and then 'Finish'

    After selecting 'OK' to the Disclaimer and 'Close' on the Account Connection Set Up you can connect under File> Connect > Select your Demo Connection

      hi,

      I have tried your method and also has re-install but still cannot work.

      I have also tried to get new username and pw but also cannot work.

      Below is the log:

      CQG.Adapter.SubcribeMarketDataResolve: F.US.EP.H16 could not be resolved.
      Automated trading disable.
      "6B 09-16" is not enable for realtime level I quotes.
      "6B 09-16" is not enable for realtime market depth.

      Kindly advice

        Have you been able to successfully connect before?

        When you request a new username and password, are you receiving an email with a username and password?

          Same Problem

          I have also encountered the same problem as Draco got new demo login in credentials from cqg

            Hello Sambar,

            I will need to see your log and trace for today look further into this inquiry.

            Could you please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att AlanP', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
