cant switch to global simulation mode

i have a open position with no pending orders,no strategy running but when i want to switch back to sim account from live account,it says i hav a1 open position and 4 running strategies on a live account.and i cant switch to global simulation mode.
please help me with this problem.
i also did a backup install and also repaired db but it also didnt help.
what is the problem...??

Hello easyfying,

This indicates the database is corrupted. Can you please rename the database with the following steps.

- Shutdown NinjaTrader and go to the Windows Start Menu
- Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> db--> NinjaTrader.sdf (SQL Server Compact Edition Database File)
- Right click on the NinjaTrader database file and select "Rename". Name it "OLDNinjaTrader"
- Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use

Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results.

To prevent running into situations where you can potentially lose important data, we advise to run regular backups via our inbuilt backup feature in NinjaTrader.
