My forex chart's "Price based on" is set to "last". What is the meaning of "last"? Is that the ask, bid or close?

It could be bid or ask, if that was the close.

Open up 2 more charts and watch, 1 of bid and 1 of ask.

When forex charts are set to the last price, they are calculated off of the bid price within NInjaTrader.
