Spreads are not supported with NinjaTrader 7, but are possible using a custom add-on to create a Spread Chart. I am not certain how this would differ from an Auto Spread as it is mentioned in your reply, could you please provide some further details on what you are seeking? -

Spreads are not supported in NinjaTrader 8.
