How to save manually drawn rays for Support/Resistance level

Hi,

I've been using Rays to indicate the levels of support & resistance for a while in NT7 and in my understanding Rays have been saved in workspace by NT7'S default function.

But sometimes manually drawn rays are completely disappeared from charts by itself.

Redrawing all the rays is very frustrating especially in the middle of trading session.

How can I save those manually drawn rays permanently until I decide to delete?
Is there a file or folder I can keep it safe from self-deletion?

The horizontal lines are working fine but Only rays are self-deleting.

Are you creating these rays as global drawing objects?

Yes, as global drawing objects

Hello,
Global drawing objects will be automatically deleted after 20 days of not being viewed. Local drawing objects do not have these limits.
If you are viewing these within 20 days of being viewed and see they are being deleted please let us know.
