Hi there,
When using NT and FXCM I seem to be unable to use any of the order entry windows (static/dynamic DOM, basic order entry, or FX) with CFD's, they are just not available in the drop-down instrument list.
Does any one have any info concerning this?

Unfortunately this is as expected. You can use ChartTrader to submit orders to CFD's. Please see the link below for more information on ChartTrader.

Thanks for your first reply. I meant to ask as well: If you use NT as your IB for FXCM do you pay commission on cfd's or only forex?
