kase bars

hello everyone,



ninjatrader has never made kase bars available in their platform. over the years they have received a number of requests to incorporate them into their platform's standard charting options but have never honored those requests.


i would like to be able to create some charts with kase bar in order to test a couple strategies i'm working on on those and compare to results on other bar type charts. so, i have a couple of questions.


i know some people out there on other forums have developed an add on that allows for kase bar charting on nt. does anyone have these add ons or a premium membership and would be so kind to share them with me?


also, i understand it is possible to develop a strategy that works on a chart with two different bar types from the same instrument. one could have a strategy that opened positions based on signals from a range bar chart, but executed them on a minute chart to avoid all the known pitfalls of range bars with synthetic data and whatnot. does anyone trade with such strategies? would strategies like those be as reliable as strategies that execute on a single instrument chart?
