strange error message

What the hell is this all about (see attached file)? None of my workspaces are loading. Could it possibly be due to the fact that I just switched antivirus programs, from AVG to Avast??? I can't imagine that would cause this error, but I can't think of anything else I've done on this computer to cause this. Kindly explain (and fix, please!).

This error denotes that some other software is accessing the NinjaTrader.sdf database file and is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing it.

Please ensure that you have added the C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\NinjaTrader 7 directory to any security or backup software exceptions lists.

Thanks, I found the setting for exclusions in Avast and added the path you list. Hopefully that'll do the trick.
