FDAX data stream freeze, no data stream

Hello,

it is not possible to get charts from FDAX with live data. The chart freezes (minute, tick or other)

I have a connection to IB TWS, the live charts from ES, FESX, EURUSD, ... works. But not the FDAX.

I tryed it with new start of NT, reset Instruments an new connection. But the same problem.

In the SuperDome the same: no FDAX, but i get feed for FESX, ES, ...


Can you help me?

Thank you for your note.

If you have no problems with the FESX then you should have Eurex quotes, which lists the DAX.

Are you able to pull up a chart for the DAX in IB?

thanks for the anser.

In my IB-TWS i have live data feed for the FDAX, also in the IB Charts is a live date feed from the FDAX (09-16).

many thanks for the fast assistance.

Now it works:
- I deinstalled the NT (bevor I maked a backup)
- closed IB-TWS
- reboot the computer
- installed NT (restore from backup was not nessesary, the setting, trades ... were not deleted)
- connect NT with TWS

Now all Futures, include the FDAX 09-16 works tick by tick in my charts and SuperDome. But I can't explain, why only the FDAX stopped during the day.
