Issue in DB. Impossible to open Ninja

Hi, I can´t open Ninja because I have the next problem Impossible to repair database.

Hello Jaime,

Can you please rename your database by following the steps below and check if you can start NinjaTrader successful.

- Please go to the Windows Start Menu
- Select Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> db--> NinjaTrader.sdf (SQL Server Compact Edition Database File)
- Right click on the NinjaTrader database file and select "Rename". Name it "OLDNinjaTrader"
- Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use

Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results

To prevent running into situations where you can potentially lose important data, we advise to run regular backups via our inbuilt backup feature in NinjaTrader.

I have 2 folders:

NinjaTrader.OLD
NinjaTrader.

What folder i have to change name?

I have a backup. If unistall Ninja and then reinstall, I will have workspcaes, Atm, etc...?

Please change the name of the database file named "NinjaTrader".

Yes, all settings and data is saved under Documents-->NinjaTrader 7, which is not deleted when you uninstall NinjaTrader from the Windows Control Panel.
