Problem with account connections

Hi. Today I tried to connect to my Rithmic feed but surprisingly, even though I had previously saved it under the account connections, it was not listed. I tried closing and restarting my NT7 to see if this would fix the problem but it still was not being listed when I went to File -> Connect. I then tried to create it anew under Tools -> Account connections but I got a message stating the account connection already exists. If it already does, why is it not being listed? Could you please look into this problem? Thanks.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160614.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160614.txt"
