Problem with account connections

Problem with account connections
Hi. Today I tried to connect to my Rithmic feed but surprisingly, even though I had previously saved it under the account connections, it was not listed. I tried closing and restarting my NT7 to see if this would fix the problem but it still was not being listed when I went to File -> Connect. I then tried to create it anew under Tools -> Account connections but I got a message stating the account connection already exists. If it already does, why is it not being listed? Could you please look into this problem? Thanks. -

Thanks for your post.
I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.20160614.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.20160614.txt"
