stop loss issue

Hello,

I am trying to setup a simple strategy in sim.

It doesnt leave me to type the the stop loss.

I have copy paste 20 stop loss 20 take profit but when I give order it shows a distorded chart with stop loss hundreds of pips from my entry.

Can you please help

Thank you for your post.

To be sure the settings are using Ticks please right click in ATM Strategy parameters window->Properties->Parameter type->Set to Ticks then click Ok.

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

I have solved the problem with the ATM

The problem was the pip IU had tenth pip in options.

Now I have problem loading historical data with fxcm connection for the currencies.

It says unable to write cache data.

Any ideas?

Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your cache:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache folder
• Open NinjaTrader
• Connect
