Zero account balance

    Zero account balance

    I have a funded account with AMP and the funds show in the client area, same ac, same number.
    NT 7 reports a zero balance, im enabled for live trading
    I cant work out whats happened

    Hello poeds,

    The account balance in the Control Center-->Accounts-tab should update once you submit an order to your live account. You could submit a buy limit order below the market so it will not fill. Check if your balance updates and subsequently cancel the buy limit order before it fills.
