NT5 Uninstall problems

Two versions of NT5 showed up when I went to add/remove programs. I removed one, then tried to remove the 2nd one. I got a missing file error partway thru, and the uninstall reversed itself. I tried downloading the zip file from this site dated March 25th. Now I get an error "The savedState dictionary contains inconsistient data and might have been corrupted." When I click on the error box, the unistall reverses itself and I get the following error: "Fatal error during installation."
Please advise.

Please see the directions for the mirror installation and then try the Uninstall-Reinstall procedure again.
