Stop Loss/Take Profit limits not reached

Hello,

I am running a simple strategy with stop loss and take profit targets. However when I look through summary I see that some trades were closed even though neither of these targets were reached, This happens to multiple trades. Why does that happen?

What is the name of the execution that closes the position? Do you run with ExitOnClose set to True?
