RTH charts not starting at market open

RTH charts not starting at market open

I have 2 RTH one minute charts, CL and ES. About once a week they both will not start at market open. Trying re-loading data and Ninja Script does nothing. I do have special 3rd party software on both but I tried creating 2 price only RTH charts and all four would not start when this problem happened. I end up having to re-create the charts. Any help would be appreciated.

To assist, please send your log and trace files in. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. In the subject line please add Atten:Paul and a link to this thread.

In the e-mail please advise:
What specific day and time you last observed this occurring?
When the charts do not start at market open, when do they start?
What session templates are used for each instrument?
